This sequence has been developed specifically for children with autism from Early Years through Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2.
It succeeds because a child with Autism, for example, is generally happier and more engaged working from the security of their chair in the yoga lesson. More so than a yoga mat. Repeated practice will produce stunning results.
Of course this sequence is suitable and safe for ALL children. I have used it unsparingly with all Special Needs Children including those with:
•Autism/Aspergers
•ADHD
•Cerebral Palsey
•Children who find it difficult to stand or take weight through their legs

Absolutely brilliant! I have been using Sun Game with my 7 year old for a week now. He loves it. It's easy to follow. Normally he hates exercise. Now every morning he jumps out of bed to do the sequence and sometimes during the day too. Thank you so much Amy xx |
