I have been working with so-called Mindfulness Methods with children in schools for over twenty years. Only I have never used the term 'Mindfulness'.

Instead I use the term Being Aware. For example being aware of your thoughts; being aware of your fingers; being aware of your breathing , your level of happiness and so on.

So is Mindfulness a load of BS, or a $52 billion business based on the Emperor's New Clothes, or is it the real thing?

I am looking into Mindfulness and how others are using and maybe misusing it in schools. I will report back soon. If you have anything to contribute either for or against do use the form.

And if you want me to let you know when I've completed my write up pop your details in the form
