Teacher Training Feedback

I was not disappointed! It was great to see the structure and integration of various games with a continual ethos on discipline. I have taken away a wealth of information. I can see how you have integrated yoga into the curriculum so successfully.

A refreshing change for value for money

It was so useful to see how the lessons are structured, how the games work with each year group and how to work with the postures and engage the children. Overall it was very welcoming, very organised and was very inspiring.

The day was excellent. It was very useful for me to see the organisation or structure of the lessons. This was very much a hands on experience with loads of practical ideas.

The quality of the course was excellent. It was thorough , practical, informative and fun. I found it very useful to see first hand the complete range of lessons from Nursery to Year 6 and the range of games that you used. I was also able to see the range of skills taught and learnt in each lesson, which included Speaking & Listening, following instructions working as a team and being self reflective

Great opportunity to see how you run your yoga sessions first hand. A very involved and practical day in which I gained all the information I need to confidently carry out my own yoga sessions

Michael, my first ever children’s yoga session in school went really, really well. Their teacher couldn't believe how still her pupils were.

I'm very grateful to have been introduced to your approach and structure...it's way above anything else out there!

After researching various Children's Yoga teacher

training courses I chose Yoga at School because it has a very practical element and is not just theory.

You get to see first hand the setting up of the day and each lesson (for the different year groups at school), how to teach Yoga in a playful way and witness the effects of the Yoga sessions on the children.

After the training Michael has been very supportive, answering any queries I have and generously sharing his knowledge, tools and advice. .

This was an extremely fun & informative day full of practical skills to apply to all ages within any school environment. I came away with so many great new ideas and was inspired to start immediately applying to schools within my area. The children obviously loved Michael ‘s calm approach & well structured but fun classes. The course is backed up by some great resources & advise from Michael even after the day.

I had not expected to gain so much in one day, thank you Michael.

What was useful was seeing the activities in action, the kid’s reactions and abilities, and the layout of the hall and resources.

It was interactive, real, and vital for understanding how it works.

Excellent. I got more from this one day than previous longer courses. We all know the benefits of yoga, in this training you really saw it in action. I wish I 'd done this two years ago. I can really appreciate what a skilled teacher Michael is.

It was a fun from start to finish and I am bursting with enthusiasm and new ideas. I have come away with easily enough material for at least a term's planning and loads of ideas for the one's after.

You cannot fail to gain so much from this experience.

I had one day's training with Michael last year and got so much out of it - a wealth of ideas for lesson planning, teaching techniques and approaching schools....

I continue to receive regular support and mentoring from Michael. He doesn't charge extra for this - he sees it as an ongoing network of support between himself and his trainees and takes a real interest - I've never had such helpful professional support and feel lucky to have trained with him.
